Sojourner applied to work with Rachael for one of her four spots in her highest touch package, Brand Launch Weekends. Sojourner was a decade into business, built a beautiful foundation & was consistently closing $500,000 weddings and wanted to up-level to $1m+ budgets consistently. She knew Rachael was the call to make it happen and wanted Rachael as her "business partner" in this transition thus she chose the Brand Launch Weekend package.

Rachael coached Sojourner for months (and months) preparing and strategizing for their 4 day Brand Launch Weekend intensive in Charleston. Via 50+ pages of custom notes, Rachael developed a "brand thesis" and turnkey business plan. Their work strategized niching Sojourner down from a luxury wedding planner (like everyone in her industry) to a luxury, multicultural wedding planner…think: 5 day Indian weddings. The top .5%.
