women ready to strategize their personal brands into multi-million dollar ventures.

Her standards are meticulous, her approach is personal, she is widely known for her boundless ideas and infectious enthusiasm and the kind of loyalty that turns clients into lifelong friends. It’s safe to say she was born to do this work and it is miles from traditional consulting.

A trained interior designer, licensed realtor, and longtime tastemaker, Rachael brings an editorial eye to every brand she touches. Her own wedding was featured in Vogue and The New York Times.

On weekends, matcha in hand, she’s with her husband and newborn daughter, Lyda Estelle, designing their 1929 David Adler French countryside home on the North Shore of Chicago - while thoughtfully building their family portfolio of real estate, angel investments, and collected art.

Because Rachael believes in building both a brand and a life worth remembering, she’s currently training for her first 70.3 mile Ironman - modeling for her daughter what it looks like to stand in the arena, bold and wholehearted.
